🛂 Pilot License (ATPL/CPL/MPL)

Requirement: Current valid pilot license (ATPL/CPL/MPL) with appropriate aircraft type ratings. License must be valid for the duration of employment and recognized by UAE GCAA or convertible to UAE license.

📻 Radio Operator License

Requirement: Valid Radio Operator License (ROL) certificate with appropriate endorsements for commercial aviation operations. Certificate must be current and recognized internationally.

🌐 English Proficiency Certificate (if applicable)

Requirement: ICAO Level 4 or higher English proficiency certificate. Native English speakers may provide alternative documentation. Certificate must be current and valid for commercial aviation operations.

🏥 Medical Certificate

Requirement: Valid Class 1 medical certificate issued within the last 12 months. Must meet ICAO medical standards and be valid for commercial aviation operations. Class 2 medical certificates are not accepted.

📘 Passport

Requirement: Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity remaining after expected date of joining. Passport must have sufficient blank pages for visa stamps and be in good condition.

📋 License Verification Letter

Requirement: Official letter from the aviation authority that issued your license confirming its validity, ratings, and any restrictions. Required for license conversion to UAE GCAA license.

✅ No Incident/Accident Letter

Requirement: Official letter confirming no aviation incidents, accidents, or violations on record. Must be issued by relevant aviation authority or previous employer within the last 6 months.

⏱️ Flight Hours Verification Letter

Requirement: Official letter from previous employer or aviation authority verifying your total flight hours, aircraft types flown, and positions held. Must be on company letterhead with official signature and stamp.

🆔 Emirates ID (if applicable)

Note: Only required if you currently hold UAE residence. If you don't have Emirates ID, new Emirates ID will be processed after employment confirmation.

🛂 UAE Visa & Work Permit (if applicable)

Requirement: Valid UAE entry visa or residence permit. If currently outside UAE, company will provide visa assistance. Work permit will be processed after job offer acceptance.
